Unless those are hands from an old man, you should be more careful with the veins in the arms, they look like theyr's going out of the arms.

I've got two main suggestions for this:
one--the shading on the dragon looks very nice and has a good range of tones. The arms do not have as much contrast in the shading however. I think bumping that up a bit more would help give as much life to the arms as it does the dragon
two--the scan size is rather small. It's hard to see some of the detail you've put into this
